Hey there,
I know this has to do with navigation and pages but I am lost at the moment and I would love if someone can direct me or help me fix this. I have a TRAINING tab on main header menu where I want all blog posts to show, and nowhere else. However the blog posts show up on about me, and all footer links. Im guessing its related to default Ive created a bunch of irrelevant pages and menus trying to fix it but now im completely lost 
Can someone help me fix this so I only have one section (TRAINING) where posts are seen?
