Hello!
Does anybody know how to get the best quality for your product images?
The image itself is good quality but seems to get bad when viewing on website.
I tried different things such as: regular export, save for web (72px).
Size of image is: 2592 × 3888
Is that too large perhaps? I’ve tried smaller images but it seems to make it worse.
I’ve tried making them 900x900 px and saved as JPG. But not helpful.
Please help me out!
Thanks!

Hello @Perziamalayeri ,
I’m Gina - Product Manager at flareAI. flareAI has helped Shopify stores generating $5 million in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
If it’s helpful to you, please let me know by giving it a like or marking it as a solution.
You can upload images of upto 4472 x 4472 px with a file size of up to 20 MB in Shopify. But the typically recommended size is 2048 x 2048 px for square product photos. This dimension is typical high-resolution images that give your store a professional and well-rounded look with great zoom capabilities.
You can upload image as small as 800 x 800 px. I recommend you to try by scaling one of your product images to 2048 x 2048 px and try uploading it. Also make sure your product images are of great quality.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Good luck and have a nice day!

I tried everything you said but it did not work. I don’t understand.
Thanks for trying @flareAI
Hi @Perziamalayeri ,
Image quality is, of course, crucial to the overall impression visitors have of your store.
The best way to ensure good image quality is to start off with the sharpest image that has seen as little editing or formatting as possible. We do have a guide you can refer to if you want any further information about image sizes too for your store, as the size of the image can affect how clear the image appears.
Are you taking the photos yourself or sourcing them from somewhere else? It sounds like you may be downloading or exporting them from somewhere else.
