Hi there @hunybear1 I just searched for the store on Google and saw what appeared to be it and it is indeed down as it brought out an error when I clicked on it. Something fishy does appear to be happening and I advice you to escalate the matter to Shopify customer support for more clarity

Can you send their store link? So people can check it more accurately.
Also, if Shopify manages the store, I recommend you contact Shopify support, and they will help you check this better.
