Booking app that allow me to change each experience quick and easy

Hi! My business is an ecological and nature wine shop, where we do different wine tastings. Right now we’re using appointo and it really gives me headaches… I’ve search for a new app to use for our experiences but we have the same problem in all of them.

To book our experiences our costumers can: 1- call us and do the reservation; 2- enter our ecommerce and do the booking there or 3- do the booking through airbnb experiences.

**The main problem is that when someone does the booking by phone or airbnb (**our experience are group experiences), we’ve to change manually the numbers of persons and each day availability, making it an absolutely mess. We need an app that leave us the freedom to change in every set hour the number of people easily and quick because we’re losing a lot of time and effort in doing something really small.

I would be really thankful if someone can give me some apps recommendations or help.

BookThatApp has the ability to synch bookings across phone, walk in, online and most third party channels. For phone or walk in customers you can use the Shopify POS integration or create a manual booking in the app. For third party apps, the app supports importing bookings from third parties such as Airbnb using iCal. And for online bookings, a booking is created directly in the app. This seamless integration across channels ensures that your capacity is decremented when you receive a booking from your available channels and that your availability is always accurate.
