In the last two days I have sent two messages asking about a specific product capability using the chat utility on the Easy Appointment Booking/Getservicify website. Their onscreen message asked me to leave my message and include my email address, which I did, each time. No one responded using the chat utility, and I have not received any email acknowledgement other than the chat transcript that their system sent me, containing the information I sent them via their chat utility.
I am not impressed by the nonexistent sales or service support.
