BookThatApp Fields in Order Confirmation Email

Hello, my name is Alan and I am a fairly new Shopify developer.

A client is asking to have the Date, Time, and Location included in the order confirmations that go out to customers. The client uses the app, BookThatApp, to display the Date, Time, and Location fields, and I am having some issues figuring out how to pull this info and display it within the order confirmation emails via Settings > Notifications.

I was hoping someone could please help me out with this. If there is any additional info you need, happy to share it.
