What have you changed, or experimented with in that time?
Conversion rate issues are hidden problems.
So seek to understand these first.
I would look to focus on using analytics data to pinpoint where you could be focusing your efforts.
- Are they not adding products to their cart?
- Going to the checkout but not completing?
- Or simply not navigating towards product pages?
Then look to identify causes. Share links with people you don’t know (like in a coffee shop) to hear their hesitations and doubts. You can also do this with AI to understand possible friction points.
Seek to prioritise but change incrementally to understand what works and what doesn’t, or A/B test changes if you have a reasonable volume of traffic and conversions through your site.
