How would I add a border around my product and put the price and description inside?

Open your customizer and go to theme settings. Under theme settings you will a tab called product cards. Under that you will find an option to display your products as cards. Select cards option and this will pretty much take care.
You might have to play around with the background color since the card background could be white and it might blend with the background of your page.

You need to play in your Theme Editor.
- Go to Online Store → Customize.
- Then click on Theme settings and choose Product cards.
- The first customization Style - Card will put the price and description inside.
- Then you can check Border options to add border to your products.
