Bot traffic skewing any real analytics

So many bots constantly adding products to my cart and trying to checkout or looking for email addresses, that my google analytics are not accurate for real traffic. Any advice on how to deal with that?

To clean up your data, you should use filters in Google Analytics or Looker Studio to exclude traffic from geographic regions you don’t sell to. If you only ship to North America, you can generally ignore or filter out traffic from other continents where bots might originate. Additionally, tools like Cloudflare offer free features to bring visibility to bot traffic and allow for higher-level filtering. While you can’t always stop a bot from visiting, you can remove them from your reporting so they don’t skew your conversion metrics.
