Bottom image (above footer) on mobile - Editing size

Hi there

So ive changed my theme and cannot get the right size of the image on the the bottom on mobile version (bottom header which says branded mystery boxes available now)..

I’ve used this formula to edit the top header, how would i edit the bottom one? I want the top one to stay the same and just to edit the bottom one so its more readable and visible.

Stated my issue above, want to resize bottom image so it looks fine on mobile version.

So basically i want this image in red circle to be more fitted on the mobile version just so people can see whats on the photo
