Bought a new theme - Galleria. Many bugs. Who can I contact to fix them?

I bought a Galleria theme only to found out that there were many default bugs. Is there anyway or anyone I can reach out to for assistance?

It’s like buying a product only to find out its not working and there is no customer service to attend to you.

Bugs:

  1. Search function not working on mobile view

  2. Cart function not working on web view

  3. Add to cart and cart doesn’t update sometimes

  4. Add to cart and “view cart” didnt appear

All these were feedback by customers and I wonder what other bugs have I not yet discover.
