I am at my wits end as to whether to keep this site, sell it, delete it! I’m unable to figure out how to make it work. The items that I’ve tried to put in it, jewelry etc. seems like most of them aren’t available after I put them in. I don’t understand how to place an order, the videos are not helping me that’s what they keep saying to do. I just don’t know but yet I’ve been paying for this for months. What else can I do?

I see some products on your store. I tried to checkout and that’s where I got an error which says your store isn’t taking any orders.
im guessing maybe your store is still in test mode or something, so check your settings and then enable the orders option.
No, I’ve turned it off probably. I’m so frustrated that I don’t even go in there anymore. I tried to do a test item and paid for it. Ended up not being able to fulfill it because I had no idea what I was doing. Refunded the money. Shopify is not helpful at all! You can’t call anyone. Money wasted on my end!
Shopify customer support isn’t really the best nowadays. But then again if there’s anything you need you can ask here and you should get some help.
Do you intend to stop using shopify or you’re able to get help in setting up your store?
