Brand itentity and seo as a multifaceted business

I run a product-based business that sells products in multiple different categories. For example, we sell crystals, minerals, and beads/beading supplies. All three of these categories have wildly different audiences and a huge variety of associated keywords. I am struggling with brand identity and optimizing seo, content, and keywords for one of these areas much less all of them. Any advice?

Focus on the top 10% of your products. According to the Pareto Principle, 20% of your products likely drive 80% of your revenue. It is nearly impossible for a small business to have perfect SEO for thousands of SKUs. Instead, identify your goals by quarter. If crystals sell best in Q2, focus your SEO and marketing efforts there. Don’t spread yourself too thin trying to optimize everything at once. If the categories are too different and it’s hurting your brand, you might eventually consider breaking them into separate stores, but for now, prioritize the “needle-movers.”
