Broadcast theme - Contact form sub drop down

Hi, in the contact form on the broadcast theme there is an option to add a drop down block.

I wanted to know if it’s possible to have a sub drop down, i.e; the second drop down options change according to the first drop down options.

For example if Option 1 in the first drop down block is Returns and Exchanges, then the second drop down will have sub categories related only to Returns and Exchanges.

Whereas if Option 2 is Product Enquiry then the second drop down options change accordingly.

I would like to avoid using code as much as possible please..
