Hello,
I would like to know how to change color of discounted price in brooklyn theme. I want to change color of price when discounted to red, but I want to keep the original price in default color and crossed out.
Thanks in advance
Objective: Change the discounted (sale) price color to red in Shopify’s Brooklyn theme, while keeping the original price in its default color with a strikethrough.
Progress: Helpers requested the store URL; the link to a Yeezy collection page was provided.
Findings: A contributor confirmed the change is possible via custom code (likely CSS and/or Liquid). No built-in setting was indicated.
Open question: The store owner asked if there’s a simpler approach, such as adding HTML in theme.liquid. No specific instructions or code snippet have been shared yet.
Notes: Brooklyn is a Shopify theme; Liquid is Shopify’s templating language used to customize themes.
Status: Unresolved and ongoing; awaiting concrete guidance or code to implement the color change and confirmation on whether an easier method exists.
