I brought a item off a shopify store (https://goatinthecoat.com), the delivery was suppose to be within 2-4 days, and it is currently been over 3 weeks since. I tried to contact them using the email provided but the email does not exist. I have tried to fill out a Issue with order form. However, for the Order confirmation URL, when I fill it in, it says it is invalid.
Can anyone tell me how I can receive the item or get my money back.
You can try to get your tracking number and try to contact the courier. If you have no means in reaching out the store owner, then you can proceed with reporting this to Shopify through their Contact Form: Report an issue website.
I never got a tracking number and have no possible way to contact the owner either. I’ve tried the contact form but it keeps saying my order confirmation url is invalid.
