Working with freelancers from Fiver for social media marketing and even as a manager is nice and convenient in some ways, but I really need someone I can communicate with over the phone, zoom, or in person to really understand things and to help with knowing what I’m actually paying for, what I need, what I don’t need, and why. Emails and messages just leave me lacking for understanding and clarity, I’ve tried it already and It doesn’t work for me, and the freelancers account isn’t even active anymore. I really feel at least until I understand things more and learn more myself, I need good old fashion communication rather than messages going back and forth over a day or two communicating things that otherwise could be done in 5 minutes the old fashion way, in person, phone or even zoom. What are my options? Who and how do I connect with someone for this?
