Bug in Android app causing screen to swipe

This sounds like a weird bug, but I get it everyday.

Samsung S24 - latest Shopify app, latest Android update.

Use case:
I go into unfulfilled orders to start packing my orders.

I swipe to the next order, and suddenly the app swipes me back to the first order in that (unfulfilled) view.

This could happen all the time, also when I’m on order 8 - then suddenly it swipes me back to order 1 - without touching the phone.

It also happens under “all orders”, and it’s pretty annoying when I have to swipe back all the time to find the order shown last time.

I have no clue what happens - any other with the same issue?

@PureTime This seems like a compatibility issue on Samsung S24 this mobile. If it only happens on this kind of device, then it is due to the browser you are using the system settings on the mobile. You can also choose to contact mobile support team for further support.

I don’t think so. I use the Shopify app - not a browser.

And in the link to the other issue you can see users with iPads having the same issue.

I see, sorry for the confusion here, as I thought this issue happened on your browser.

If so, this is the issue of Shopify APP on Android device and it is better to contact Shopify for further help.

Yes - I did that. I even recorded it happening. They asked me to clear cache and data, which I did. It didn’t help at all.
