Bug on format for province_code

I found a behaviour bug and don’t find where to report it:

The docs about province_code of a customer address says “The two-letter code for the customer’s region.”

But I have found a order with values that not match with the docs definition, the values recived are: country_code = PE , province_code = PE-LMA.
