Bug with footer when cart is empty (Minimal theme)

Hiya! Currently building my website and almost finished with it but, there’s a bug that I can’t seem to resolve!

Basically the right part of my footer menu is messed up on the cart page when it is empty. Here’s a screenshot:

This only occurs on the desktop version of the site. Your help would be very appreciated, cheers!

Also, the footer is the other way round. The socials links are meant to be right row and the customer help ones on the left.. this only occurs on the cart page
