We’d like to build an online public forum (similar to this one I’m posting in now) where logged in customers can ask questions and interact with each other. I also want anyone to be able to see these questions and interactions (again, much the same as this Shopify community forum). Does anyone know what Shopify uses to do this, or any apps that can help me do this?
You could build your own; but if you are looking for a starting point app, Xenforum may suit your needs. Have you looked at that?
