I am trying to use Ai to help me build a store as I have never done this before and every time, while using the buildyourstore website, ill tap the customize your store button and it gives me this. Why isnt it working?

Hello @Honcho92 Not sure what this is about since I don’t really have experience with using AI to build stores but maybe you should try getting in touch with the developers behind it or maybe just trying another AI builder to see if that works instead.
Personally, I’d still recommend you build the store using videos and tutorials as opposed to AI but ultimately, the choice is yours
Could be a temporary glitch or may be a server issue. Are you still facing this issue??
@Honcho92 if you’re trying to create store without coding… use Canva’s AI instead.
Design your whole store in Canva and bring it to Shopify within a few clicks. So you do all the cool designing on Canva using pre-made templates from people and create a stunning store. Then just import to Shopify using Canvify app.

Maybe you didn’t install their app correctly in the previous step. However, if you’re still having this issue, consider using another AI builder, such as aistorebuilder (great, but runs on Wix instead of Shopify) or vouchmagic.com (works with Shopify)
