Hey everyone ![]()
I’m a former SEO specialist and recently started building a small Shopify-focused monitoring tool called PSI Lynx.
The idea came from a pretty common problem: stores slowly lose performance after app installs, theme edits, tracking scripts, marketing pixels, or random frontend changes. Usually nobody notices until rankings, conversions, or Core Web Vitals start slipping.
So we built a tool that continuously checks Lighthouse/PageSpeed metrics across many URLs, tracks historical changes, and helps spot regressions before they become a real problem.
You can monitor collections, product pages, landing pages, blogs, basically the whole store structure instead of manually running PageSpeed tests one by one like it’s 2017 ![]()
Would genuinely love feedback from Shopify store owners or agencies here - https://psilynx.com/
Curious to hear:
-
what performance issues annoy you most in Shopify
-
how you currently monitor Core Web Vitals
-
whether agencies actually need this kind of ongoing monitoring or if everyone still lives inside random Lighthouse tabs and hope
