My name is Kate. Together with another developer we have built a small tool to monitor silent ecommerce issues, like payments and shipping options failures.
We’ve built it because a store can be “up” while the payment provider, checkout flow, or shipping rates are still failing in the background.
We are looking for a feedback, whether such product could be useful for you. If so, we would be glad to setup a free account (obviously we don ask for credit cards details or anything) for you for a couple of months to see whether it is usefull/helpfull in practice or not, what way we need to modify it etc.
