Built a small Shopify app for size/color reorder forecasting - looking for apparel feedback

Hey everyone,

I recently launched Restocked, a Shopify app for apparel, footwear, and accessory stores that need better inventory planning at the variant level.

The problem I am focused on is simple: a product can look fine overall, but one variant is the real issue. For example, Medium / Black is almost gone while XS / White is sitting for months.

Restocked uses Shopify sales and inventory data to show reorder risk by size/color variant and create a simple reorder list.

It has a 14-day free trial through Shopify. I am especially looking for early feedback from smaller apparel brands that currently reorder through Shopify reports, Stocky, or spreadsheets.

If you run a store with size/color variants, I would love to know:

  • Do you currently forecast by variant or mostly by product?
  • What do you use now for reorder planning?
  • What would make you trust or reject a reorder recommendation?

Thanks.

Congrats on the launch!
Managing inventory at the variant level is a common challenge for apparel stores. It’s easy to end up with popular sizes selling out while slower-moving variants remain overstocked, leading to missed sales and excess inventory.Your app seems to address that pain point well. Adding a few real-world examples or case studies showing how Restocked improves reorder decisions could help merchants feel more confident in trying it.
Best of luck with the launch!
