I am a Shopify developer and recently built an AI storefront agent that lives on your store and chats with visitors in real time. The idea came from watching people leave stores because they could not find quick answers to product or shipping questions.
The agent is trained on your store and products, answers common questions, and helps guide shoppers while you focus on running the business. It is not meant to replace support teams, but to help during off hours and reduce basic repetitive questions.
It is also equipped to handle order related questions but never saves personal information.
I have just launched it and I am offering it free for the first 100 installs because I genuinely want feedback from real merchants before scaling it further.
