I would like to strongly suggest that Shopify implement a built-in ON / OFF toggle that would allow a store owner from immediately preventing anyone using a VPN from being able to complete a purchase on their store. Perhaps it could even prevent them from being to add an item to the cart.
I’ve been running a month-long battle with a fraudster (I’m pretty certain it’s the same individual) who seems to have access to a variety of different credit cards and matching customer info, and I’ve got Flows running to prevent High Risk orders from being completed, and I have Flows running to prevent VPN use however the VPN flows seem to be hit or miss and it’s incredibly frustrating that Shopify doesn’t have a built-in option to prevent VPN use since VPN usage is a pretty bright sign that someone is likely up to some shady stuff.
