Hi @EllaFS ,
Has the issue been resolved? If not, I can guide you through connecting with Klaviyo — just let me know.
Thanks
Hi @EllaFS
Please check below Link to get connect to Klaviyo.
How to embed a sign-up form on your website | Klaviyo Help Center
You can refer to this article to learn how to embed Klaviyo form to Shopify
On top of what’s already said above – I was under impression that Klaviyo can pull data from Shopify How to sync data from Klaviyo to Shopify | Klaviyo Help Center
So that when you submit newsletter form in Shopify this data ultimately gets pulled into Klaviyo too.
The only reason to embed Klaviyo forms IMO is to collect more data, which is no available in Shopify newsletter form.
Hey,
It’s not no. The data’s not being pulled. I don’t want to create a Klaviyo embed form, I just want to use the one built into my theme and on Shopify. Only need the email addresses.
Thanks,
Ella
To connect your theme’s newsletter form to Klaviyo:
Check Klaviyo Integration: Ensure “Sync Shopify email subscribers” is enabled in your Klaviyo account under Integrations > Shopify.
Edit Form Code: Add this hidden input field to your newsletter form in the theme code:
html
<input type="hidden" name="contact[tags]" value="newsletter">
If that doesn’t work, replace the theme form with a Klaviyo embedded form instead.
Hey @EllaFS
Thanks for posting this to the Shopify Community.
You can connect your Stiletto theme’s newsletter forms to Klaviyo by integrating Klaviyo’s signup form code or API connection with your existing forms.
Usually, this involves replacing the default Shopify form action URL with the Klaviyo form endpoint, or using Klaviyo’s embedded form snippet. This ensures that when a user subscribes, their data goes directly to your Klaviyo list.
If your developer customized the forms, it’s best to confirm where the form code is located in your theme files (for example, footer.liquid or newsletter-form.liquid) so you can insert the Klaviyo connection code correctly.
In order to fix it or guide you precisely, could you please share your store URL and password (if applicable) so that I can take a look and provide you with the exact solution code?
Waiting to hear back from you. If this was helpful, don’t forget to like it and mark it as a solution.
Thanks
