Export your customer list from your old site. Depending on the platform, this may be done via a CSV file or another format that can be imported to Shopify.

Import your customer list to Shopify by going to “Customers” > “Import customers” in your Shopify admin panel. Make sure to map the relevant fields, such as first name, last name, and email address.

Once the import is complete, go to “Customers” in your Shopify admin panel and select all the imported customers.

Click on the “Send email” button and create a new email inviting your customers to create an account on your new Shopify site. You can use Shopify’s built-in email template editor or use a third-party email service to create the email.

Make sure to include a link to your new site and clear instructions on how to create an account and set a password.

Preview and test the email before sending it to your customers.

Once you’re satisfied with the email, send it to all the selected customers.
