Is there anyone having the same problem to me?
Yesterday, all of my product images on Shopify disappeared, but I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with them. A larger number of products also were reported as “Inventory not tracked” while some others were still normal. I checked by creating new orders for those missing info products, and the new sales orders were still synced successfully to my POS. Maybe because I’m using a third-party integration solution, or else. But it doesn’t sync images for my products, I’m sure that this issue from Shopify. I just don’t know it was caused by Shopify update or specific errors. Can I get all my product images back to normal without importing them all again?
Does anyone have any idea?
