Hi,
I am wondering if there is an app that will create product bundles that include some products with size variations.
For Example;
Product 1 - Product Only
Product 2 - Product Only
Product 3 - Product has 2 variations - can choose liquid or tablets
Product 4 - Product has 2 variations - can choose 125ml or 250ml
We have tested Simple Bundles but it does not like it when a product has variations.

It allows to bundle optional products and variants. Mix & Match lets your customers create their own bundles with products or their variants. You can also specify optional/required products. A bundle made of three or more interchangeable products. The customers can create their own bundles by choosing from products and their variants (mix&match products). This bundle includes setting up quantity options for each product, adding optional or required bundle items, and the ability to set up minimal required products quantity for bundle discounts to be applied.

Just chiming in with additional information in case anyone else is after something similar in the future.
It sounds like the key thing you need is a bundle builder that can handle a mix of standard products plus products where the customer still has to choose a variant like liquid vs tablets or 125ml vs 250ml.
Biscuits Bundle Builder would be a strong fit for that. It supports variant bundles and variant selectors, so you can include regular products in the same bundle flow as products that need an option selected before add to cart. It also lets you choose whether you want the bundle to show product-level cards with a variant dropdown or individual cards for every variant that can be selected. This is useful when some items are simple and others need an extra choice.
If your goal is a more guided “build your own pack” setup, Biscuits can also handle min/max rules, required vs optional selections, and either fixed bundle pricing or pricing based on the selected products.
For a close example, this demo is probably the most relevant because it shows variant selectors inside the bundle flow: Newborn Gift Box.
Step 1 and 2 contain product selections. In Step 3, the user needs to select from size variants for the relevant products.
