Unfortunately, the Shopify Bundles currently doesn’t support creating bundle when customers selects products from different collections. :slightly_frowning_face:

You can try looking at 3rd party app, such as BOGOS: Free Gift, Discounts & Bundles. The app has a feature called Mix and Match bundle that allows customers to mix products from different collections into their bundles.
