Bundles products, multiple sales in Meta Ads

Hi there,

I’m having an issue with product bundles on my client’s website. I’m not entirely sure what’s causing the problem, but I suspect it’s related to how the bundles are set up.

Here’s what’s happening: On the website, there are a few bundles created that appear as a single product. When a user adds a bundle to their cart, all the individual products within the bundle are added separately. This means instead of showing one product in the cart, it shows 3 or 5, depending on the bundle (this isn’t the issue).

The actual problem lies with my Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. When a bundle product is purchased, it shows up as 3 or 5 separate sales on these platforms, even though it was just one sale.

Since the client isn’t using a dedicated bundle app, I believe the bundles must have been created manually.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Is there an app I could use that solves this?

Hola Felipe,

Al final tuve que desistir de esto. El programador que hizo el sitio me dijo que ninguna de esas aplicaciones iba a solucionar el problema y ahora mi cliente esta buscando otras opciones. Lamentablemente no tengo mas informacion para ayudarte con esto.
