Hi, I had opened a personal shopify account, and was just designing my store until I get my business license.

2 Days ago I got the documents and my LLC was approved by the state.

Then, I opened second store with my business license, and I was given error for the EIN number, then somehow, it got accepted by itself because customer service said your account is good and you are able to receive payment, and notification about verification was gone.

After 2 days, which is today, my account is suspended for AUP policy. not sure why, I listed generic items such as slippers etc, no design, no violation, and my store was not even live yet, no sales, so im not sure why is my account suspended for no reason. already spent 800$ on business license, and this happened.

I am not sure what is going on. I did fill the form in the link, but after a little bit of research, i see that it won’t be any help. I also shared a screen shot of the generic items I listed, and never even offered them for sale, I was still trying to design my store.

Not sure what do you even mean, no one said it was not from shopify. My account is suspended for no reason, not sure what are you trying to say here.
