Why is my business listing not showing in Google Maps or in Google Search even for my brand name? I’ve verified the listing and optimized it, but my listing still doesn’t appear in local search results. My brand website & name is “Planet Pets” and if i search this on google i can see my website in top position and all related pages as well but can’t even find my listing on side. I have already updated schema and all shopify settings but still facing this issue. is there any additional setting in shopify that i have to do expect putting schema? Please help me

It might not be a Shopify-specific issue, but more about how Google handles business listings versus websites. Even though your website shows up in search results, Google might be taking a bit longer to recognize your Google My Business listing. Have you checked if your business information is consistent across the web? Things like the business name, address, and phone number should match exactly everywhere (including social media profiles, local directories, etc.), because inconsistency can confuse Google’s algorithms.
Also, make sure your business category is set correctly in Google My Business. If it’s too broad or incorrect, it might make it harder for your listing to show up, even for branded searches. Reviews can also help boost visibility, so encouraging a few customers to leave some feedback might give your listing a little extra push.
It’s worth giving it a little more time, but if you’ve already been waiting a while, try reaching out to Google My Business support—they might be able to spot something that’s holding your listing back.
