I have been trying to activate my business account for a week now. Every time I input my information I get this error saying;
“Business tax ID does not match company name. Please ensure that your legal business name is exactly as registered with the IRS. DBAs (“doing business as” names) can not be used in this registration.”
The support team is basically doing nothing but keep telling me to be patient. I also have a shop at Walmart and eBay and they were able to verify my business immediately.
