I understand that you’re looking to translate the text for the pagination (eg. Next page) for the Buy Buttons. However, based on the screenshot, it looks like you’re trying to translate the text for the Online store. If you’d like to translate the text, then you can do this using the language editor. From there, simply use the search function or scroll through the General tab to find the correct field.
If you’re looking to customize the Buy Button for a collection, then you can find the customization options when you set up the Buy Buttons. However, if you’d like to customize the checkout, then we also have a guide on translating the checkout.
