I need some details everything is correct i don’t know where fault is. i am running ads on facebook and instagram and link provided in ads work on both platforms fine. clicking on shopnow from facebook ad you will be redirected to product page and buy now button and checkout page

but when clicking from instagram ad you to product page and when click on buy button it gets you to no css and stylish simple html with saying empty cart. why only instagrams ads is not getting customers to checkout ? let me know please

The issue is likely due to Instagram’s in-app browser blocking session cookies, causing the cart to appear empty at checkout. To fix this, use Shopify’s native cart handling (no session/local storage) and avoid relying on URL parameters for checkout. You can also add a “Open in Browser” prompt for Instagram users to ensure full functionality
