Hi all, i setup a disccount for everyone that buy over 150 euro, choosed all the products, get 1 product for free.
but i don’t see that item in the cart or checkout.

To receive the free gift via Shopify Discounts, you must first add the gift product to your cart. Shopify will then recognize it and apply a 100% discount at checkout.
Alternatively, if you want to automatically add a gift when customers spend $150, you’ll need a third-party app like BOGOS: Free Gift, Discounts & Bundles. With BOGOS, the gift is automatically added to the cart once the spending condition is met. Please check my attached GIF to understand how it might look like on your store! ![]()

The BOGOS app is great! As Ellie said, with native discount, customers have to manually find and add gifts to their cart, no automatic option.
I’d like to also recommend app Selly for merchants to choose between.
It can help you to offer free gifts automatically based on cart subtotal:

There’s a limitation with Shopify’s native discounts, customers have to manually add the gift to their cart to claim it. This can be tricky for automatic free gift campaigns.
However, this can be solved using Monk a Free-Gifting app, Built for Shopify. Full disclosure, I’m part of the Monk team.
Monk lets you automatically add the free gift to the cart when a customer spends over a specific amount, in your case €150 or meets any other conditions you set.
