I can’t understand why my buy 2 get 1 free promotion offer does not work. The other chats in the community that I read are about percentage discounts where mine is a type of BOGOF offer.
The code worked once when I tested it, but that was only after I left the cart for 2 days and then when I came back to it the offer had kicked in on the cart page. When I tried it again it still doesn’t work.
Below are details of the discount setup in the admin.
