Buy X Get Y product discount is not working

We have created a product discount called the first Third access deal
The products in that prdouct discount are used instead of Buy X in Buy X Get Y, and a product in another product collection is given 5% off for Get Y.
However, doing so doesn’t seem to work when it comes to cart or checkout.

Hi @KT14 sorry just want to make it clear.
When you create the Buy X get Y discount. The Y product is not shown in the cart? Is that what you mean?
If so, actually in the Buy X get Y discount you have to add the Y product also to your cart, so the discount will be applied. Have you tried that way?

Y products appears in the cart.
I mean the 5% discount for product Y is not showing up. You can check image (3) and (4). The top product shown in figure 4 is Y product.
