Hi there - I am using a app called Calconic to allow customers to select custom sizes - the issue is that when a customer does this and adds it to their basket, shopify adds a new variant to the product. How can I hide this?

I’m having the same problem, were you able to resolve it?
If you are usiñg the same app or any app this is how it works behind the scenes, even bundles app, they create a seperate product in the backend.
Please share some examples of your requirement for a better understanding.
