Hi everyone

I’m having a problem with my shipping rates and can’t for the life of me figure it out.

I’m shipping out of Canada and using the calculated rates from Canada post via Shopify shipping. Everything works properly when trying to ship within Canada, but if I use a US address, I get the error ‘This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again’.

Do the calculated rates from Canada Post not work outside of Canada? For the US shipping options, I have:

  • Expedited Parcel USA
  • Small Packet USA Air
  • Tracked Packet USA
    and I have a bubble mailer set as my default package size. Could this be the issue?

I know I can set up my own rates but would much rather have them calculated.

Would love it if someone could help me out and tell me what I’m doing wrong, or if there is a fix for this.

Update: It seems it was an issue with the bubble mailer package size. I changed it to a standard box, and that seemed to fix it.

Though this leads to a new issue. We don’t ship very large products. Is there no way to have a bubble mailer size used to calculate the rates?
