Calculator app for tile boxes per meter squared

Hi

I need a calculator that calculates how many full boxes of tile are required for the desired square meterage and then adds the required number of boxes to cart when you add to cart. It would also be good to have the option to add 10% for wastage as well.

  • The client sells wall and floor tiles by full boxes only.
  • The number of tiles per box and meter squared per box is different for each product size variant so the calculator will need to update depending on which variant is currently selected.
  • We’ve got a variant metafield for ‘Meter squared area per box’ and can add any other required fields
