Can a B2B2C model website be supported on Shopify?

Here are my understanding or my expectation of B2B2C model.

  1. I create a website platform in Shopify.

  2. my platform can let lots of product provider upload their product on my website platform.

  3. customers can buy product from my website platform.

How can I create a basic example like this in Shopify ?
