Can a customer get an unauthorised discount without a code?

Hi

A customer has recently placed an order an managed to bag themselves some extra discount. They’ve not used any of our Shopify generated codes and I cannot find out why/how the discount has been applied.

The order initially was in a ‘draft’ status, I think this was generated by One Click Upsell as they have also had a (legitimate) upsell discount.

Has anyone seen this before?

Thank you for the screenshot showcasing this discount. I would recommend in this situation to contact our live support and have this escalated to our technical team to assist in reviewing. Logs for transactions are good for about 14 days before they expire, so sooner rather than later is best. They can investigate how the order was created and why the discount was applied.
