So I was thinking of getting a freelancer to run ads for me but was worried if I give them access to my Shopify store. I currently have my payment plans on my account, would the freelancer be able to see my card details?

I can definitely understand your concern about sharing sensitive billing details with a third party on your account. Specifically, the billing section of the admin settings will not be accessible to a staff member on the store and can only be viewed by the account owner.
If the information is stored within the app and accessible within the marketing app or marketing platform you are providing them access to, then that is a different story. Generally though, the entire card details are not going to be visible and if it is shown, it is usually just the last 4 digits of the card to confirm it is the correct one.
