Yes, you can use a P.O box as your business address. It is a good idea to use a P.O. box instead of your home address if that’s where you conduct your business. This way, your home address is private from your customers, and you can still have your mail secure. Keep in mind that you will have to provide your home address when setting up your account and if you choose to use Shopify Payments for verification purposes.

Thank you for answering my question. I’m going to start my store with
selling T-Shirts & gadgets (accessories). I’m just starting out so I’m slow
with setting up my store. I’m learning as I go. I think I need a theme with
more space. I have to redo my theme. Is it possible to reach back out to
you if I run into any issues, or should I use the community post?

We have a really great getting started video on basically everything you need to do to get your store ready for launch that I really recommend. Which theme are you using currently? All the themes in our theme store are made to fit small, medium, and large businesses. Where do you need more space? You can absolutely reply on this thread if you run into any issues!

I really appreciate your kindness, thank you so much. I’m currently using
Dawn theme. I didn’t want to continue until my question was answered for
the P.O. Box. I also just ordered some T-Shirts to try before I sell to the
public. I will have the P.O. Box applied before my 14 day trial end. The
Dawn theme look like it’s limited to a style product platform. I wanted to
offer women, men, kids and accessories. The Dawn theme only allowed 4 slots
for a display adding a collection which I don’t have.

The Dawn theme is very customizable. You can definitely offer Women, Men, Kids, and Accessories on your store. Are you able to share a screenshot of where you are only seeing 4 slots for displaying a collection so I can understand where you are seeing this? I would be happy to help!

I apologize in the delayed response, I was able to figure it out (I think
lol) I’m going to get my plan today however, I don’t want the store to open
yet. Is that possible to do? I’m still waiting on my T/shirt samples to
come so I can view in person. I’m also reaching out to vendors for
accessories to add. I’m still looking at the videos you offer to help set
up, it’s taking me some time to get started. With all that said, I’m
excited!

I’m glad you were able to figure that out. It can be a bit overwhelming when you first build out your site, so don’t worry too much; it is very exciting! I would recommend enabling a password to your site so that you can still work on your store, but no one will be able to access your store unless they have the password.

I need help please, I’m trying to pull the items under products to my home
page and collection area. I want to show 4 products under favorite items.
Women’s Men’s & Youth will get 2 columns each to display clothes, is that
theme acceptable? Also, under the California law for privacy, I’m not sure
what to do, I did do the download.

Is this collection on your homepage called the featured collection? If so, you will need to create a collection with the four products you want to be displayed there and then link it in the theme customizer on your home page.
