I ship a frozen product and I’ve priced it a flat rate and assigned it “Free Shipping” when ordered as the price has shipping built in. Now, I want to offer Local Delivery to my city as they don’t want to pay the high price to get these specific flavors shipped 2 miles down the street. I have the delivery capabilities (we are also part restaurant). Is there a way to have a lower price for deliveries in the delivery zip codes?
