Can an app display a personalized carousel of past purchases?

I’m searching for an app capable of showcasing a carousel of previously purchased products on the homepage, tailored to each customer account.

For instance, consider the example below, where all displayed items were bought by the respective customer in past orders.

If such an app isn’t available, is it feasible for a developer to customize this functionality? Could someone provide insights into the scale/complexity of this project?

While I’ve come across apps enabling product reordering via the customer account page, I haven’t found one facilitating this outside of that page, like on the homepage within a carousel.
